With more than 25 years experience in captive-bred reptiles, you can be sure that your new reptile will be in the

We deal in in the retail sales of: Snakes,
Lizards, Scorpions, Chameleons and Tarantulas. We also stock the equipment, accessories and food to go with the animals.
Most commonly we serve people with an interest in keeping reptiles, reptile keepers and Herpetologists.
Our shop is just off the A701 and only minutes from the A75, one of the Dumfries and Galloway's busiest roads. The nearest

Captive-bred animals have a number of advantages over those from
the wild, not least conservation. In the past, large numbers of animals were taken from the wild and more often than not,
they were unsuited to captivity and were burdened with parasites and pathogens.
Over-collecting has, in some instances,
led to the near extinction of some species in a number of locations of throughout the world.
By buying and keeping
captive-bred species, you can be sure that you are getting healthy established animals from proven stock. There is no reason
why, with proper care, they should not live long and healthy lives - often far in excess wild animals. For one thing, they
have no preditors to cope with! And, by buying captive bred stock, you are making a small contribution to the conservation
of these incredible creatures by relieving pressure on ever more threatened wild populations.
